The newly updated concert film is titled, Eric Clapton Unplugged … Over 30 Years Later, and is set to premiere in select theaters on Monday, January 27, and Tuesday, January 28. The expanded performance will make its streaming debut on Wednesday, February 12 on Paramount+. Clapton’s original hour-long special was recorded in January of 1992 at Bray Studios in Windsor, England, with the acoustic reworking of Derek and the Dominos’ 1970 classic, “Layla,” ultimately winning a Grammy for Best Rock Song in 1993, with the chart-topping, 10x-platinum selling Unplugged also taking home Album of the Year.
