Deftones continue their ongoing beverage partnerships by announcing their first non-alcoholic beer called Tone Zero. The alt-metal band has already released a dozen craft beers in recent years, but this marks the first time that Deftones have launched a non-alcoholic variety, with more NA options to come. The first release in the Tone Zero series is a Japanese-style rice lager that was developed in collaboration with DrinkSip. “Whether you’re taking a break from alcohol or choosing to abstain completely, we invite you to raise your glass,” the band writes in their release announcement. This Tone Zero announcement comes a few days after Deftones unveiled their most recent craft beer collaboration with Belching Beaver Brewery, Dia De Los Deftones Mexican Style Lager with Lime, which was released in time for the band’s annual Dia De Los Deftones festival on Saturday (November 2nd).
