Yesterday was a huge moment for those of you in nerd nation with the release of the Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 2 Trailer.

Now, while you’ve probably seen it, watch it again looking out for these things.

At the :25 mark, we see Gamora leap into battle, but look closely and you’ll notice that ramp is actually wriggling. It’s a tentacle that belongs to Abilisk, a monster teased in some concept art in April.

At the :29 mark, Rocket and Yondu stroll post a group of floating guards. It’s hard to say what they’re up to exactly, but based on the shot of Nebula getting a bag removed from her head, it may be breaking her out of prison, which makes sense, given that we know Nebula will become an official member of the crew.

And finally, we may have also got a glimpse of the movie’s biggest new character, Ego the living planet. It’s the forest we see Star Lord and the crew walking through, which they appear to crash land on.

So, watch the trailer with this new knowledge, and seem smarter than your friends.
